Getting my taxes done with quality taxes was a great experience from the door. Beware! Jacques Chambers stole my state tax refund and lied about it. He claimed the NC Department of Revenue kept the money because I supposedly owed them, but that was false—I confirmed with the NC DOR that I had no outstanding balance. He removed my banking information from the return and replaced it with his own, redirecting my refund. When confronted, he made excuses, refused to acknowledge his actions, and told me to "go to the police" because he wasn’t giving me the money owed. Do not trust him with your taxes. Save yourself the stress, lies, and manipulation—go somewhere else!
