I’ve been going to Hannah at N Nails for dip manicures and pedicures for 2.5 years and she is the absolute BEST nail tech! After struggling for years to find someone reliable to do my nails, I found Hannah and have never looked back! She does amazing work, always gives me exactly what I ask for and my nails always hold up for weeks and weeks after she does them for me. Hannah is warm, kind, attentive and extremely talented. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of nail services!

Wow! This place is amazing and I adore Hannah! She has been doing my nails for around 2 years and every time she kills it. Before Hannah, I used to have to go home and fix my nails every time. Now, I leave, loving my nails. I can never leave!

I had a 10:00 appointment for a pedicure and manicure. I arrived at 10:05 and was told to pick a color and select which pedicure. I picked the basic pedicure with a 10 minute massage. After the pedicure was completed, I was told that I couldn’t get my manicure done because I decided to get the 10 minute massage added to my pedicure. Upon selecting the add-on service, I wasn’t informed at that time that I wouldn’t be able to have my manicure done. If so, I would have elected to have the manicure done instead. There were two available nail techs that could have started my manicure but instead they sat waiting 20-30 for their next appointment instead of doing my manicure. Meanwhile, the nail tech doing my nails couldn’t do my manicure but had time to go next door to Starbucks before starting her client at 11:05. Hannah rushed doing my pedicure and didn’t do a good job at all. I’m not sure about the other nail techs, but HANNAH wasn’t good at all. To top it off, I was asked to remove my review for $15 off my service. Since I opted to keep my review I was charged for the massage. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. She never said anything about the terrible pedicure that was done. The entire service should have been FREE.
