What an amazing experience! It was the best massage I’ve ever had! Yuko was so sweet and kind. If anyone is planning on staying at the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki, I definitely would recommend the Na Ho'ola Spa!

Nice spa with great massage and good facials. The staff was very nice and attentive. Although it doesn't look like they do extractions with facials.

I booked the Iliani sun recovery massage. It’s a cold stone massage and it was truly wonderful! I booked through a third party but everyone treated me kindly regardless! The spa is small but spacious, so it wasn’t loud or crowded. Yes, it’s more expensive, but it’s in a Hyatt in the heart of Waikiki so it’s super easy to get to, and there are lots of nice amenities including a shower, sauna, complimentary toiletries, and a variety of areas to relax. Also, please note there is a 20% service charge (it’s the tip) in addition to the total, regardless of where the service was booked online. Overall, I thought it was worth the price in exchange for the massage, customer service, convenient location and amenities! Thank you!

Hands down the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. Yukiko’s hands are magical and she focussed on tense spots that nobody ever has. The facilities are beautiful and it was an absolute treat. Staff are all super friendly and accommodating. Would love to visit again the next time we are in Waikiki!
