I brought my SUV in to the garage because there was a loud noise coming from Underneath the SUV. It turned out that the control arms on the left and right as well as the sway bar on the back needed replacement. Hi-tec diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it the same day. Their service is always outstanding and the staff are trustworthy, thoughtful and professional. We have been going to Hi-Tech For years and can always count on Great service. I always recommend them to anyone who identifies they need a good garage!!
I have taken my three older German made vehicles for repair and service for a number of years at this facility. My experience was always great and repair was accurate. I believe that the techs diagnosed my cars’ problems and fixed them accordingly. The key to fixing mechanical issues is to diagnose and nail down the problem, in my opinion. Accurate repair then follows. That is what Napa Hi Tech has done for me over the years. Their charges were competitive and would likely be more costly if I took my cars to a dealership.
From offering flexibility of appointment time to providing accurate price estimates, and credible advice regarding alternate repair options and further explanations by phone to ensure correct understanding and realistic expectations. Thanks to clear, accurate, respectful considerate communications, and competent workmanship, all expectations were met so 5 stars to Jeff who made sure it all happened this way
Came in for an estimate to have a flex pipe replaced on my exhaust. I had the work done and was very pleased as the noise had disappeared and my car was once again quiet. Staff were friendly and very nice to deal with.
Don’t normally leave reviews but this deserves to be said.. Everyone here really seems to know their stuff, I know I can trust them to get the job done professionally and honestly. They’ve saved me many times and I will continue bringing my car here and recommend them to all my friends.
