This Pilates studio has become one of my favorite parts of the week. Every instructor is patient, encouraging, and really pays attention to form. I’ve noticed such a difference in my core strength and posture. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The rooftop location provides a serene backdrop with a stunning sunrise view over the Hollywood hills, instantly setting a peaceful and inspiring tone for the workout. Laura W is a truly fantastic instructor. She has a keen eye for form and offers personalized feedback to everyone in the group, ensuring that each movement is performed correctly and safely. She strikes the perfect balance between challenging us to push our limits and providing modifications when needed. Her passion for Pilates is infectious, and her detailed cues make even the most complex exercises feel approachable. The equipment is top-of-the-line and meticulously maintained, which speaks volumes about the studio's commitment to quality. The reformers and other props feel brand new, providing a smooth and comfortable experience throughout the entire class. From the incredible views to the high-quality equipment and, most importantly, the masterful instruction from Laura W, Natural Pilates offers a truly premium and transformative experience. I left feeling stronger, more aligned, and completely rejuvenated. It's more than just a workout—it's a holistic experience that nourishes both the body and mind. I highly recommend it!
My first time here. Parking was a bit of a challenge on a Sunday as the garage was closed & meters were full & street parking is for residents. That said, I parked across street at Beverly Connection. Weekdays will be easier with the garage being open. Staff was very welcoming. I loved being outside! That is what initially made me want to take class here. I enjoyed Renee's class. She was great about being both inside and outside during the class. I will be back & definitely outside again! I would Love to do an evening class.
I absolutely love Natural Pilates! From the moment I walked in on my first day, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Dayanara is an amazing instructor—her energy is infectious, and her playlists are always fun and motivating. I’ve attended many Pilates classes over the years, and I can confidently say that Natural Pilates has quickly become one of my favorite studios. The atmosphere is inviting, the workouts are challenging yet enjoyable, and I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend!
So happy I found this studio in LA. The outdoor reformer is a game changer for some Vitamin D, fresh air, cool breeze in amazing weather. The staff is beyond any expectations! Manager Rogelio answered all my questions and has such great studio info. Once I came in he went above and beyond with his customer service! Rogelio makes sure I have a positive studio experience from beginning to end. Sebastian always greets with a smile upon check in and has great energy. The studio is always clean and in tip top shape. Class instructors I have incredibly enjoyed are Jess Sospriato and Dayanara Parra. The classes are very challenging but also very accommodating. Dayanara gives personal modifications and is super detailed and hands on with techniques and knowledgable with pilates. I am so happy I found this studio in LA feels like a family as well as a positive vibe studio to connect and get the body right!
