I’d always wanted to try reformer but being 40+ I was a bit wary of not looking like all the beautiful young girls you see on instagram. Also being a little clumsy i thought I would be the one you see on the socials face planting the cartridge! The atmosphere and community that Steph and the girls have created is amazing! I started with the beginners course and was instantly put at ease. Steph is an amazing teacher and explains things so well and never makes you feel stupid even if you don’t understand something. I’ve been a member now for 3 months and I love my weekly class. Everyone is always so lovely and you have a right laugh! I would definitely recommend the beginners class, you won’t regret it and you’ll be hooked before you know it! xx

I have been a member since April 2024 and love the classes. I was initially apprehensive about going as I had never done Pilates before but Steph instantly put me at ease, along with other members. It really is a lovely environment to exercise in, I recommend to everyone 🫶

I’ve been going to Steph’s reformer Pilates classes for a while now, and I absolutely love them. Every session is different, so it’s always fresh and keeps me on my toes. Steph is such a lovely person – really friendly and makes everyone feel at ease, while still pushing us to get the most out of the class. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I always feel stronger and more energised afterwards. Definitely recommend giving it a go!

I completed the beginners course in May 2024. I was so nervous going in as I had never done Pilates before never mind stepped foot on a reformer! But Steph was brilliant she eased us in and made every class fun, there’s only 5 of you on the course so she really was able to give attention to all of us. I then became a member of Neon Pilates and I do the 4 week monthly subscription. The classes are brilliant and each one is always different. all the people are great it’s a little community we even attend members events every month - few months! Steph also knows every single members names and make each class so welcoming and fun! Pilates is such an all body work out and even though you may hate it in the class the feeling afterwards is great! I couldn’t recommend neon Pilates enough, everyone is so welcoming, it’s not cliquey and there’s such an amazing age range!
