I would strongly recommend this to anyone i know boss coaches and a great facilitie with Good people i've been coming for 2 years doing classes and its a great Gym

I'm coming up to year on September and gotta say that this is a great place. Highly recommend. I'd been going Gym for a year before this and my progress has been greater in these 9'ish months than the past year. Great Staff that are always freindly, great equipment and great people who visit here, some of the friendliest people you'll meet. That's why whenever me mates ask me what gym I go to, I'm proud to say the TMAS.

Been today the first time for ladies kickboxing. great workout, great atmosphere.will be going every week.Thanks Sharon, really enjoyed it.
