I had over 120,000 photos in various places - external hard drives, old MAC computers, dvds and CDs. Jamie put them all onto one new hard drive and uploaded them all to OneDrive - I am so happy to have all my pictures safe and accessible. There is zero chance I would have been able to do this myself. Jamie was approachable and friendly and kept in touch to let me know what he was doing and let me know options available at each stage. I would definitely recommend Jamie and Nerds2u to anyone with a seemingly insurmountable tech issue.

i contacted Nerds2You to help set up my new computer and transfer files/ accounts etc. That was done efficiently and the technician who visited my house was polite and professional. Subsequently, i kept having issues with my Gmail account which i was seeing through Outlook. My Outlook account was taking hours to send or receive emails. During this second visit, it became apparent that the issue could not be solved as it seemed to be an issue with the new Outlook and the old Outlook programmes. Ultimately, after considerable time of testing numerous possible scenarios, the technician indicated the issue was one he couldn't remedy and hoped subsequent updated of Outlook would address the matter.

I've just had the pleasure of Jamie Wright building me a new PC, 8 years after he created my first one. In fact, Jamie's first build was so good the only reason I needed a new one was because Windows 10 was no longer being supported by Microsoft. His communication was excellent too. Highly recommended for anyone needing any kind of computer assistance.

What a great service. Jamie was so patient and willing to try every possible option to solve my problem. His diligence paid off and I was able to access the overseas information I required. I am not a tech person and would never have found a solution without his help. Highly recommend and I would have no hesitation in using these guys again.
