My 9 yo son has been taking class here for about a year. His classes have been amazing for him. He’s become stronger and more disciplined. He also wants to practice at home which is a first for us! The instructors and staff are warm and super efficient and the facility is awesome. Highly recommend

I’ve been at this gym for about six months and it’s quickly become one of my favorite activities. If you’re someone who prefers learning a new skill alongside physical fitness and gaining an incredible community, then this gym is for you! The instructors are all super helpful and knowledgeable and all bring something unique to their classes. The classes cover huge ranges of combat skills that cater to any type of fighter regardless of skill level. There’s always something new to learn!
