Great experience here, thanks to the excellent service from two employees, (I believe he was named Kyle if I can remember). Both were polite, friendly and overall helpfulness made the visit a pleasure. Would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking authentic sneakers no matter the brand at very good and affordable prices.

I honestly can’t believe that a shop with such a level of rudeness towards customers exists in England. I hope you will be held accountable for the large number of negative reviews people have left. The general opinion is that you need a polite, customer-focused team — just take a look at the other reviews

⭐ Updated Version – Professional but very clear Very disappointing experience. I visited the store today to purchase a limited-edition sneaker that was advertised as one pair per customer. A staff member told me the model was “sold out”, however I am certain this was not true, as right in front of me they sold two pairs of the exact same model to another customer moments later. This was clearly dishonest and extremely unfair, and unfortunately gave me the impression of discriminatory treatment. When I then tried to purchase a different pair, both a young female and a young male staff member were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no interest in assisting me. This is not the level of professionalism expected from a store selling limited and premium sneakers.

The customer service is shocking in this stores, all the staff are rude and unhelpful as well as unprofessional. Selfridges should remove this location from their store.

This store got WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST AVOID. The lady here got no respect to customer and didn’t listen a word when you talking to her. There must be better place to buy trainers than here.
