I would not recommend renting from this company. We arranged to rent a handful of tables for an event and scheduled a pickup day that they suggested. On that day, they became completely unresponsive, and I couldn't reach anyone. Several hours later, I finally received a call where they claimed they didn't have my contact information – despite at the very least having my email address. This lack of communication forced me to scramble and find tables elsewhere at the last minute. In the event business, being unresponsive is unacceptable, as people rely on your services. **edited to add, I contacted all numbers I had available to me. I’m so sorry for the death of your father. I’m sorry for being that person you love. Life happens and I did immediately receive a refund.
We rented tents from OKC Tents and Moore last summer for a couple concerts. Even after confirming that week, they ended up cancelling our order the day before our show. We scrambled and found another vendor last minute, but OKC Tents and Moore still (over 6 months later) has not refunded our money. The last few months, they have stopped responding to me altogether. Will absolutely never recommend them for anything after this experience.
This company is not very efficient. I experienced the worst customer service ever. They don't answer calls, don't respond to texts or messages to texts calls, The set delivery time was changed and I was not notified until after traveling 30 minutes away and being asked to come back at 3 pm. I let them know their actions shows they don't appreciate their customers. No apology given but immediately said they were cancelling the order. And refunding my $200. It has been 7 days and I still haven't received my refund nor will they answer my calls.
I used this company this past weekend for a wedding and the communication was terrible! I confirmed drop off a few days before. On event date, they did not show up on time. I called the number and since it was Sunday, there was no answer. I emailed the two people I had spoken to, and immediately received a response saying the man no longer worked there and gave me a number to call. That number wasn't in service. Thankfully there was someone with the chairs that somehow found me, but all he was given was my name with no contact number and said he'd been driving around for several hours looking for me. He and his guys were great though! So helpful and went out of there way to help me set and wipe the chairs down. Just very disappointed in the lack of communication. The chairs were also disgusting- looked like they were stored in shed and hadn't been touched in months.
Do not ever use OKC Tents And Moore !They have the worse customer relations I’ve ever dealt with before concerning rental items! We had 8 people have to scrub every chair and every table! It took a good 3 hours! They were so filthy! No way could a formal event use these items as is! We were told they had 4000 of their chairs being used in Tulsa as if that was an excuse to not bring clean items to me! They charged over $300 for a damage waiver and we sent back their stuff better than we got it and they wouldn’t even waive that!!! lol our rental cost was over $2300.00 with the pole tent included. I gave them 3 chances to at least refund a bit of it and they refused so now I’m going to make due on my promise to them! This busy hairdresser of 38.5 years knows alot of people! Social media influencing is my thing!! Event planning is my other job! This company needs a new customers care person! Ohhhh and they didn’t get there till 5:15 pm night before. We waited all day!!! Then they didn’t pick up till a day late which could cause fees!!! Canna Talk About It?™️ Kimmie Cannabis
