I had done a little yoga here and there over the years, but decided to finally commit and take the Beginners Series at One Flow—and I’m so glad I did. Almost a year later, I can honestly say this place has changed my life. The teachers are warm, friendly, and genuinely care. They make you feel welcome no matter your experience level. The classes are a great mix of fun and challenging, and there’s always something new to learn. What really makes One Flow special is the community. Everyone is kind and supportive, and it feels easy to connect with others. They also offer cool events and workshops that help you grow your practice and meet others! I’m so grateful I found One Flow. It’s helped me be more present, more grounded, and has taught me so much—both on and off the mat.
I've been attending One Flow Yoga in Sacramento for the past eight months, after practicing yoga on and off at various Sacramento studios for eight years. One Flow stands out for its welcoming community, thoughtful teaching, and consistent focus on safe form and the mind-body connection. The teachers are top-notch. Kate, in particular, is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had the pleasure of practicing with, her classes are consistently full for good reason. That said, the studio has a diverse team of instructors who each bring a unique approach to yoga, so there’s truly something for everyone. Whether you're seeking a strong physical practice or something more meditative and restorative, you’ll find a teacher whose style resonates with you. One Flow fosters a strong community. Many students have practiced yoga there for years, and after just a few months, I felt at home. It’s easy to build connections and feel supported in your practice. One Flow’s emphasis on form and self-awareness helped me correct years of bad habits. Their Beginner Series was especially helpful, and every class leaves me feeling both physically strong and mentally grounded. Finally, a more practical positive note is the schedule is especially convenient, with two practice rooms that allow for staggered evening classes usually taught at 4:30, 5:30, and 6:15 pm. Many are also available via live Zoom, which is rare among Sacramento yoga studios and makes it easier to stay consistent, even on busy days. If you’re looking for a consistent, high-quality yoga experience in Sacramento, One Flow is a truly special place.
One Flow Yoga Studio is truly a gem. Tracey and Kate have created such a warm, welcoming space—it feels like home the moment you walk in. Every teacher brings something unique to their classes, and their knowledge, encouragement, and presence make each session feel intentional and supportive. Over the past year, I’ve not only seen changes on my mat (hello, pushups!) but also in my mindset and relationships. The growth I’ve experienced here goes far beyond the physical—One Flow has helped me become more grounded, patient, and present in my everyday life. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, I highly recommend One Flow. It’s a place where you’re truly seen, supported, and inspired.
I walked in to One Flow Yoga in January 2018 with my nephew, who was visiting at the time. I was a complete beginner. The studio is beautiful and welcoming and the experience I had there from the very first visit was profoundly satisfying. Not only does One Flow Yoga provide incredible yoga classes, it has become an important part of my personal growth to practice in this community. The teachers are extraordinary, and the owners Kate and Tracy are both such experienced and nurturing yogins and have fostered a spirit of joy and celebration in their studio. In over 7 years, I have never had the same class twice! In addition, I learn something new every time I practice and become stronger every year that I practice. I am so thankful for that initial impulsive decision to visit One Flow, because it has been such an important part of my life ever since. Thank you to all the beautiful people of One Flow Yoga--it is really an honor to be part of this wonderful Sacramento community.
Welcoming yoga studio with everything you need to visit, start a regular practice, find community, get in shape, or just relax and stretch. They take cleanliness seriously, they are warm, and welcoming. I love that they don’t rely on the names of the poses but guide you through what to do on your journey to a pose, it makes you concentrate and pay attention to your muscles. Small touches show they pay attention - like a tour when you are new, water bottles and mats to borrow, large studio space, online classes, friendly and knowledgeable instructors, hair ties to keep if you need one, sanitized blocks, home made muffins and coffee and tea on the weekend, showers, changing rooms, and plenty of street parking. Lovely studio, worth checking out!
