I had a great time at Disneyland because of this service. This was my first time using a scooter and One Stop did everything right to make my experience great. Sciatic issues can rob the joy out of what should be a wonderful experience and this service put the joy and fun back in my theme park experience. Thank you, One Stop!

My family has rented a scooter for a few years and this is one of the best! Their prices are the lowest. They have great and responsive service. The scooter is clean, works great and there when you need it. I’d recommend them to anyone.

We were looking to rent a wheelchair for my aunt who was visiting from out of state, and we were extremely anxious about finding a reliable and convenient option. After reading Disney’s disclaimer stating that wheelchairs are first-come, first-served and go very quickly if you don’t arrive early, we decided it would be best to use an outside vendor. Since we weren’t getting to the park until 3:30 PM, we didn’t want to risk there being no wheelchairs available. We chose One Stop Mobility, and the experience could not have been easier. They were incredibly convenient and simple to work with. One quick phone call and we had a wheelchair reserved. The price was excellent, and the day-rental option was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal—right across the street from Disneyland in Anaheim. Pickup was fast and effortless. They took the time to show me how to use the wheelchair and how to collapse it properly. Drop-off was just as easy. I was genuinely impressed with the level of service and overall convenience. I will absolutely use them again whenever I need this type of equipment. I can’t say enough about how convenient this company is. One Stop Mobility was excellent, and I recommend them 100%.

We have rented from One Stop Mobility 4 plus times now. They are our go to rental spot for scooters and strollers. Every time we pick up the equipment everything is clean and in great condition. Every employee I have worked with is extremely kind and helpful. We also love the fact we can do a later drop off especially when the park is open till midnight. One Stop Mobility makes everything easy from text reminders, great pick-up location and late drop offs.
