Im very impressed by and grateful for Waterloo Pet Services. They took care of my two cats while we were travelling, and Janice and Murray were so very kind and helpful. I received updates everyday and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing my fur babies were ok back home.
I have been a repeat customer for a few years now and have always been very happy with the services provided. They had no issues visiting our cat and giving her daily medication. Love the photo updates after each visit and the pet report cards. They even did a few short-notice emergency visits when our Christmas vacation was extended due to travel delays and last minute flight cancelations, and they even bought her a little Christmas toy! I'd recommend them to anyone.
So happy I found Waterloo Pet Services to care for my senior cat when we're out of town. Murray and Janice are fantastic with my 16-year-old spicy cat, Jack, and provide daily updates via email along with a little report card for when we arrive home. They've gone above and beyond to do extra last minute visits when I had a travel interruption, and even found alternative options for Jack's care if they were unavailable. Definitely puts my mind at ease knowing Murray and Janice are around to take great care of her while we're away. Highly recommend this service to anyone in the KW area looking for a pet sitter!
I am so happy to have found Waterloo Pet Services! My dog loves his walkers and they are extremely caring and reliable. He has a good block of time between his walk and when I can leave work, but he is never climbing the walls when I get home and I know he’s had a great time with WPS! I love that he gets sniff time and play time and lots of snuggles! Greatly appreciate that he has his very own journal too! Just an exceptional business!
