Padma Consulting has consulted with the Arts Loan Fund (a funder collaborative that provides loans to non-profit arts organizations to aid with cash-flow challenges) for over 15 years. I have had the pleasure of working with them over the past three years. What I appreciate about working with Padma Consulting is their great attention to detail, their genuine concern for every client they work with, and ability to cater their expertise to the unique needs of each of her clients.

Take it from someone whose nearly 20-year nonprofit career has been in nonprofit capacity-building, CSR, and nonprofit board development (as Executive Director of The Volunteer Center and Board Match) . . . sometimes, oftentimes you need an outside perspective, grounded in deep experience in corporate philanthropy and nonprofit effectiveness and success to help you through. We have engaged Padma Consulting multiple times for extended projects that have been game-changing for our organization--and delivered impact to the community--on a broad range of topics: statewide disaster preparedness, business development/new market assessment/strategic planning and program support to scale new ventures.
