Amazing gym with top-notch workouts and incredible coaches. If you’re looking for a place where there’s no judgment, just sweat, determination, and results, this is it. You’ll push yourself harder than ever, feel great afterward, and keep coming back for more. Fair warning: it’s addictive. Once you start, stopping won’t be an option.

When I talk about Winnipeg, how I adore it as I adore my own family, How also I find it impossibly frustrating at times. Often, friends from other places laugh or patronize my cuteness. When I return to this city after being away, I participate in a mental exercise to note all the places, sights, and sounds I'd want to share with someone visiting for the first time. "How would I prove it?" And, well, I don't think I could. There's a lot of heartache almost anywhere you go these days, and many of us have established strong defenses of apathy to stave off the despair we see from creeping in. Occasionally, I wonder if I should leave. There's no reason I couldn't. The amount of time I wait for buses these days has been conducive to many such thoughts. It doesn't take much to snap out of it. Practically all it takes is a walk through the Exchange. Today I did just that and, while doing so, got caught up in a bit of melancholy nostalgia outside Pan Am Boxing, where I had once resolved with someone now gone from my life to commit to a year of boxing lessons. For the heart of it. We never did that, and I sure wish we had. When I talk about how much I adore Winnipeg, it occurs to me that I'm not talking about the Winnipeg we all see and agree needs help. I'm talking about my idea of Winnipeg: the friendly conversation outside a storied boxing club about being a fighter and a lover. But it's not even that; it's the stuff you can't touch or describe, but you know it when it's there and you know it when it's not. Inside these buildings, there are amazing people living out their own ideas of Winnipeg. Go see them if you can. Anytime you can.

This is a great boxing gym. If you are interested in Boxing, or maybe want to lose some weight/ increase your fitness level. This is a great place to do it. It's a fun environment with music playing and great coaches pushing you. The class I went to was a great mix of technique, and strength and conditioning. It was a fun fast paced workout and it flew by. It was a pleasure to train at Pan Am Boxing Club if you are in the area check them out. Thank you for the great class.

Went for my first Pan-Am workout today. Staff and members were extremely welcoming and made it easy to get to know the facility and each other. The beginner I went with received the necessary instruction and still got a great workout. Shoutout to Ami & Chris! Keep up the great work!
