The atmosphere has always been welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental. It’s a place filled with kind people who genuinely care about your well-being — physically, mentally, and spiritually. Growing up as a non-Christian, having attended public school with igbtq staff, - isn’t welcoming nor loving to everyone. If anything, it’s forcing their own beliefs upon others through every little sneaky way they incorporated igbtq within the school curriculum. But this place, to my surprise, I learnt that the Christians I have met at YFC are so welcoming, loving and express concern for the individual - something non-Christians can learn from. Consider this: Every organization will have its own set of beliefs, whether Christian or not. Why would a Christian organization have staff that don’t agree with their beliefs? — The same goes for any indigenous and or igbtq staff organizations. YFC, in my opinion, has the strongest foundation I see compared to other organizations. It’s inspiring to see how much they stand for what they believe in! And I do pray for each one of you that all of you may continue to stand fast in your faith in Christ, not wavering to the pressure many non-Christians are forcing upon us to conform to be like them. Christians truly don’t give up on someone who’s struggling. It’s amazing to know that someone’s praying (to pray directly to Jesus Christ, true God and Saviour) for you and you see that transformation take place in your own life. As someone who has been a non-Christian who recently became a Christian, it had been simply incredible to have felt such love in this place - inside and out! — that love was Christ! YFC thank you for all that you do, our beautiful Lord Jesus is pleased with each of you for giving all you have in pouring such love into the children, youth and young adults who are desperately hurting and lost. You are incredible role models that other organizations can learn a thing or two. You always know the right response and are incredibly wise in what approach to take. Even through the difficulties may our Lord Jesus bless you beyond measure. Regarding all the children, youth and young adults that come through your doors along with all the staff, may the best be yet to come for each of you!

We took our kids to YFC Winnipeg for the first time, and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, the team made us feel welcome, and my kids haven’t stopped talking about how much fun they had. A huge shoutout to Samuel, the coordinator, and Brock, who handles building operations. Samuel’s enthusiasm and warmth made the activities engaging and inclusive, while Brock ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes—his attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stood out. The variety of activities kept the kids entertained, energized, and eager to participate. It’s clear how much thought and care goes into creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment here. As a parent, it’s reassuring to see a place where kids can learn, play, and grow with such amazing role models. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d highly recommend YFC Winnipeg to any family looking for a positive, uplifting experience. Thank you, Samuel, Brock, and the entire team—you’ve gained lifelong fans in our household! 🙌👏

I am so happy to have my kids doing dance and musical theatre at Masterworks. I'm confident that the music, costumes, and choreography will always be tasteful. The teachers are caring and competent. And the facilities are top-notch. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
