Meaghan is a wonderful trainer who knows how to guide you using evidence-based methods, empathy, and flexibility. I was in a bit of a fitness/nutrition slump after having a baby, and all the old tricks I used to do in my 20s were no longer working for me, so I wanted some help. I did one in-person training session with Meaghan and loved her vibe immediately. I then signed up for her 6 month online plan. It was so convenient to not have to think about healthy recipes and workout splits while taking care of a newborn. It allowed me to get the best results without having to dedicate too much of my time and attention on a health plan. Meaghan is a delight to speak to, very encouraging, never judgemental, but always there to keep you on track. And she's always open to changing your plan at any point to fit your evolving goals, reality, and tastes.
