Don’t waste your money. This was my second time going and thought I’d give them another shot. I regret it. Paid 100 bucks for my car to still have dead bugs in the front and water spots everywhere. I went to tell the receptionist I wasn’t really satisfied and all they did was bring someone to clean it with a rag. Insane..

I work for the state of California and really like pavilion because they do a great job and they accept the fleet cards. In the past several weeks, I have taken five trucks and two SUVs to be detailed appearance number three packages by pavilion. They have been consistent and delivered excellence with each detail. On the last truck I brought in they forgot to put some belongings back in the truck, but called me right away. I stopped by not too long after with my personal vehicle and the services managers Sam and Joey cleaned my car complementary. I really appreciate this extra effort to go above and beyond and correct the error. I would highly recommend pavilion to anyone for car care and service.

I'm usually happy with the service here but I was just in 2 days ago and left pretty frustrated. I went in for an oil change, wash and wax. When they first called me to pick up my car, I saw they forgot to do the wax. When they called me again, I found that the dash and parts of the interior weren't clean and the floors weren't vacuumed well. It was a cloudy day so it was slow. There was really no excuse. I spoke to a supervisor. Hopefully, she spoke to the crew.

Have been going here for a few years for an oil change and detailing. This is the first issue I've had with them. Today I found that my antenna was broken off after my service. One of the managers had the antenna in his hand when I complained about it being missing. Hope they do the right thing and fix my broken antenna! Update: I called today and got attitude from the manager on duty. He stated that they don't repair/cover damage to your vehicle if it's older the 3 years! The General Manager was supposedly in on Saturday when this happened now I have to wait until tomorrow, 5/5/26, to see if he will do the right thing!
