this has to be the cleanest most organized video game store I've ever been into in Knoxville the guys are super cool super friendly I just can't get over how clean it was. super sharp.

We went in last night with a collection of things and they took the time to look into the details of everything and explained why some prices were lower than expected (things that made them “fair condition”) and was okay with us saying no to trading in certain things after hearing the amount we’d be given whe it was less than we’d hoped. They were very patient, even with my toddler being crazy in the store. We had a great experience!

I found this place on a whim and I’m so glad that I did. I was Looking to sell my graphics card for a while and didn’t feel like doing it through marketplace so I sat on it for a few weeks. I randomly found this place because I was in the area and called them and took a shot in the dark to see if they would buy the graphics card. They do buy graphics cards and they gave me a very reasonable offer for mine that I accepted. Awesome Customer Service and I’ll definitely be checking this place out again in the future when I’m looking to buy electronics

Ended up coming in late to sell an old iPhone and they were extremely patient and got it done even stayed late. Just the kind of businesses we need in our community. I recommend anybody by sell or trade electronics or even need help guidance I recommend this place over anywhere I’ve been so far.
