I knocked off a star because nothing I looked at was priced. I know labeling takes longer, but as a consumer, it's very frustrating not knowing what something costs without going back up to the front and asking for a price check. A true electronics store, also has tools anyone in the cable and electronics fields would need. Liked selection overall.

Felt with these guys plenty of times and unfortunately they are one of very few sources of electrical supplies. Every time, the "help" has been extremely alienating and I just called to ask a simple question about their stock to be spoken to with an extremely rude piece of "help". So I decided to leave this review. Try to know as much as possible before entering the store so as to not have to deal with the "help" very much.

The customer service sucks and if there were no stars to give, I would have chosen it and if you are a person of color it's probably even worse. You can be standing right in front of the salesman and they pretend like they don't even see you, and they would offer another person some assistance.there are no prices on any of the items, and that is unclear on how much they set there prices and your not told as they are ringing up your items until you look at your receipt. Which clearly states no refunds and will charge you for restocking fee

Tried to return an item and was told they have a no return policy which isn't posted by the way. I do understand somewhat considering the type of merchandise they sell but I feel at times it would be appropriate to accept a return. In my case I spoke to a salesman who recommended the item I ultimately purchased. Turns out it was no where close to what I needed but yet they would not take it back. It was in excellent unused condition with all the paperwork and packaging material undisturbed. I honestly opened the box to see it. No tape or any other means present to deter opening the box. I simply opened the lid. When I spoke to Mr Shieds he came across as arrogant and uninterested in my issue. He did say he would speak to the salesman and call me back...I never heard from him.

Said they won't take this back or store credit because the box is supposedly damaged and it's "not new". Never verbally told me it was not refundable when purchasing it. but proceeded to point at a sign on the other side of the store that said all sales final. I never even took it out of the box. It wasn't even a special order it came off there shelf! My company won't be shopping here anymore!
