In short; friendly and knowledgeable staff, high quality products, and fair prices. I went in looking for a budget friendly gaming PC that could handle gaming, as well as solid modeling and 3D object processing. After discussing my needs and budget with the staff, they went over several options with me that would get the job done. They were very knowledgeable about what hardware I would need, and how to stay within budget. We settled on a used machine that they had in stock. It was spotless, and worked perfectly, and came in at an excellent price point. The PC had been fully gone through, and functioned like new when I got it home. Now, here's the important part, the first night, I had an issue that caused repeated crashes with a software that I use. It's important to point out, that this was not due to any oversight or poor workmanship on the side of PC Plug, instead, it was caused by a niche situation that nobody would reasonably have expected. I contacted the store the next day and explained my issue, they insisted that I bring the machine back as soon as I could so they could remedy the problem. They had it ready to go the next day, having replaced and tested components, and verified that it was working properly. They did all of this at no additional cost. They went above and beyond to fix my problem, do it right, and do it fast. The service and communication was exceptional, and in the end I was left with a product that exceeded my expectations, and peace of mind on knowing that I would have support for any future issues. Its rare to find a company thay truly stands behind their products and workmanship, and who will consistently do right by their customers. However, the staff at PC plug show that there are still people out there that take pride in their work, and take care of those who walk through their door. Since my initial purchase, I've been back several times for parts and accessories, and it has been a positive experience consistently. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. So if you need a PC, desktop or laptop, for gaming, work, editing, or anything else, you can trust the fine folks at PC Plug to make sure you are well taken care of.

Came here for a PC Cleaning and upgrade to my cooling system as my iBuyPower fans burned out. Very friendly atmosphere and Gary (the owner) was polite, informative, and professional. Turnaround was 2-3 Days. There was a mistake made along the way and Gary was honest about it and replaced it with a new (and more expensive) part that would make him operate on a loss at that point. He refunded me for fans that I purchased that did not fit originally despite a "sales are final" sticker on the counter. Solid experience overall, I will definitely be back if I need to.

I called PC PLUG all the way from CA with an inquiry about a new MacBook. Despite Mac being completely separate from what these guys are all about, they respectfully and truthfully answered my questions from an unbiased perspective. It wasn’t until we conversed in more detail about what exactly I needed that the possibility of PC Plug building a custom unit for me was suggested. I ended up choosing to purchase a custom PC built to edit and safely store large digital video projects. I can confirm, it does that and much more. It’s versatility, power, and build quality I am extremely impressed with. PC PLUG shipped my PC across the country while ensuring it was delivered properly and without any issues. These guys were with me every step of the way answering all my questions. I felt my investment was as important to them as it was to me. The small but talented group at PC PLUG is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I now recommend this place to anyone who has PC questions or is looking to purchase a well built personalized machine. Computers!

Didn't have any PC issues or needed a prebuilt made but i decided to check it out and see what they're about. Small Hole in the wall where most of the shop is basically their workshop/storeroom. Very nice employees with plenty of PC stuff to talk about. Obviously knowledgeable people. Didn't plan on buying anything but I decided to get a Fan hub and some Corsair RGB fans to redo the fans on my PC. Appreciate it!

Had these guys do a quick re install of windows after I ran into issues with TPM/compatibility error code that I was dreading troubleshooting. They were quick and even threw in a helpful cable manage that I really needed. I will now be bringing my main rig in for a cable management job as well. Professional and easy to talk to. Thanks.
