Michael B was extremely helpful and patient as he helped solve the issues my elderly uncle had w his phone. He took the time and tried everything he could to resolve the issue. He eventually got it working and we couldn’t be more pleased w his service.

The website scheduling system didn't mention that they can't do battery repairs less than an hour before closing, so I drove 2 hours for nothing (they're my closest Google repair option). But the guys who run the shop are doing their best in a bad situation, so five stars for service - sorry you have to deal with grouchy customers all day dudes.

My charging port on my Samsung phone wasn't working. I tried different chargers and cables and tried carefully cleaning the port. Didn't work.Made an appointment at the Hamburg NY store. Went there, explained the problem to the nice young man. He said he could fix the problem in 5 minutes. It took him about 3 minutes. Said it was a blockage in the charging port. Very pleased!

The staff promised a fix by Friday afternoon, and they called me early afternoon, the next day to say it was ready—much faster than the weeks quoted by other repair shops. Reasonable price for such quick, professional work. Highly recommend this store for electronics repairs! 5 stars.

We came in cause my husband was having issues with his phones charging port. Fransico cleaned it in under 10 mins and we were good to go! My husband no longer has issues with connecting to the charger! We definitely would come back if we had issues in the future! Thank you for the great service!
