The entire staff at Pet Paradise are wonderful. They remember my dog’s name. The place is very clean. The groomer always provides an update on my dog’s condition.

I am very happy with the experience of leaving my puppy at this daycare. I left him for several days and was able to watch him on the cameras the entire time I was away. He always looked happy, and there was consistently a staff member supervising the dogs. The facility was extremely clean, they even bathed him, and I was very satisfied with the service. My puppy is well-behaved and happy. I highly recommend this place—don’t hesitate to leave your pets here; they are in excellent care.

From the moment I dropped Nox off for day camp, I knew he was in excellent hands. The team at Pet Paradise Chesterfield greets every pup with warmth and enthusiasm, and they’ve created a daily routine that keeps him happily engaged. I love that they send real-time photos and updates throughout the day—total transparency that lets me see Nox playing with his friends, splashing in the Bone-Shaped Pool, or taking a restful nap in the sun. When it’s time for overnight boarding, Pet Paradise goes above and beyond. The staff carefully administers Nox’s medication on schedule and takes extra time to make sure he’s comfortable and at ease. I travel frequently, and knowing I can log into their live-stream cameras at any hour gives me incredible peace of mind. Watching him curl up in his indoor suite, calm and content, reminds me that this truly is a home away from home. I’m usually very happy with Pet Paradise, but my experience today was… eye-opening, to say the least. I brought my 2-year-old Goldendoodle in this morning and filled out the paperwork as usual. The groomer, Holly W., introduced herself, not exactly the warmest interaction, but I tried to stay optimistic. A few hours later, I got a text saying my dog was ready. When I arrived, I was surprised to see an extra $60 charge for “de-matting.” Odd, considering she was shaved completely down , not exactly what I’d call de-matting. Thankfully, the front desk staff (who were wonderful, by the way) immediately understood and removed the added charge. One of them even mentioned that groomers aren’t supposed to add a de-matting fee when the dog’s been shaved, which tells me everything I need to know. I’m guessing Holly might be new, which could explain some of this, but adding charges for services that weren’t done feels pretty unethical. If you book here, I’d highly recommend anyone except Holly. For what it’s worth, I’ve used Sharon G. before and she did an amazing job- professional, kind, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Definitely recommend booking with her instead! Everyone else at Pet Paradise has always been great, which makes this experience all the more disappointing.

This was only our second time ever boarding our dog Rio, and our first time here. It was such a comfort to see him having a blast every day. I definitely recommend this place. Great and fair prices for what is included and easy to add on services too.
