We went here to shop for some dry dog food for my highly allergic dog. The store was packed full of mini items that dogs would absolutely die for. The staff was friendly. We were able to find what we needed and we were even able to find discounted dog toys on clearance. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience and we were able to see several dogs with their owners inside the store. We will come next time we need any dog related items.

I love this store and their staffs, I’ve been shopping here for years. The stores are kept clean, staffs are friendly, helpful walking through on what your needs are. there so many varieties of cool pets with all the accessories that you will need.

I absolutely love this location and love petco. This last visit was fine the visit previous to this one, was slightly off putting. I had put an order online for curbside pickup. I arrived and waited to see how to alert the store I was there. Unable to to so I opted to call . It kept rining and ringing but that was weird because I clearly saw up to 3 or so employees in the front of the store by the phones just laughing and talking. So instead of being ignored on the phone I walked in and let them know hey there was no way to alert you through the app. She laughs . I said so you know I called and not open of you picked up the phone. She laughed. And said they dont do curbside and here's my order and proceeded to chitchat with the other two employees. I found that rude as all he'll. She has also given me problems when I order large heavy items as she always says she is unable or unwilling to carry them. Hopefully this issue doesn't occur to someone else

I had a wonderful experience at the Petco on Tully Road today. I purchased an air pump online and came to pick up my order. As I drove off, I noticed that the item in the box was not the one I had ordered — someone must have swapped it. I went back to the store and met the same employee, John. John outside just as he was leaving for the day and greeted me while I arrived at the store. Even though he was already off the clock, he was incredibly kind, understanding, and took the time to help me resolve the issue with his team. The entire staff handled the situation professionally and made me feel truly valued as a customer. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Petco. Although this location is about 20 miles from where I live, I would gladly return because of the outstanding service and welcoming team. I asked for John’s name and he turned out to be the manager of the store. Thank you so much to everyone at this store for going above and beyond, you really made my day. - Tyler

I received a text message saying, my dog was up for her vaccinations. So I made a phone call to try to make an appointment. And the young lady I was talking to said that I needed to do a walk in which I suggested that would be fine. So she suggested Sunday at 3:30, they open up for walk-ins and I was debating on whether to get my dog groomed, and she also stated that it would be best to do it after I get the vaccination and then make the appointment for the grooming. So I stood in LINE for about 20 minutes and then I was asked if I'm on the list and I said, what list I was instructed to be here by 330 for a walk in vaccination. And she told me that they're not doing walk-ins, they're doing emergency calls only and you know that kind of bummed me out because I drove very far. I don't live near this store to receive service. Now, I'm debating whether I should just go to another groomer and get vaccinations there. Very displeased and then I went and made the appointment and she said that it would be best, if I do it After the vaccination, but her vaccination doesn't even do until October 31st. So I still have 3 weeks so I have to wait 3 weeks in order to get my dog's service from you people. This is outrageous. I've had problems with your store before and I'm not happy at all.
