We brought our cat in and the pet ER was great. The staff, techs, and vets are amazing, communicative, and helpful. We felt like our cat, Belle, was in the best care possible for the last few days being admitted. We called a million times and visited frequently and didn’t feel like we were being a bother (despite probably being a bother). We would bring any of our pets here again for the best care despite the price.

My dog was there yesterday and in bad shape although he was walking and wagging his tail he was struggling to breathe. They immediately took him back stabilized him gave him something to calm him down called us back pretty quickly to be w him after grabbing what they needed. Took us back to be w him while we waited. It turns out Grayson had cancer. When we were ready they immediately came in and medicated him gently laid him down and gave him the fatal dose. We weren't rushed to leave afterwards when we decided it was time to leave the put him in a cardboard coffin w hand drawn clouds and rainbow w his name on it. Loaded him up for us. Even though it was absolutely heart wrenching probably the worst emotional pain I've felt to date they made it as bearable (sp?) As it could possibly be. Rest in peace Grayson. Thank you to the entire staff. I don't know how you do what you do but I'm grateful for you all

Our foster beagle went in be treated for a herniated disc. Circumstances aside, we could not have asked for a better experience. Kudos to Dr. Jay McDonnell who treated Abbey with kindness - and most importantly surgical skill and Dr. Larry Gainsburg who did all of the follow up that weekend. Karen, who checked us out and demonstrated the PT Abbey would need was quite patient with the two bumbling idiots she was trying to teach. As we quietly waited back in the post op area to be cleared to go home, we had the opportunity to watch the "backstage" folks in action. They seemed to know every dog by name and calmed them as needed. They treated every pet like I would want mine treated when I'm not there to see. During this rehab time for Abbey, follow up questions are answered promptly. Phone calls ALWAYS returned in a timely manner--and you can communicate via e-mail, as well. My heart is full with gratitude. I wish I had noted the name of every staff member that we communicated with, but to a person they were kind, helpful and knowledgable. Rachael, Jessie, Karen.... There were so many more. I'm so sorry I wasn't more attentive. 15/10!

This vet ER really stood out to me. My cane corso developed open pyometra and I brought her in right away. The staff was so kind and the wait was about 1/4 of the bel air wait time. The Vet himself (I forgot your name, forgive me) was very kind and thorough in his explanations, gave me plenty of chances to ask questions, and really helped ease my mind. I will forever recommend this place to anyone else having a pet emergency. On behalf of Jynx and myself, thank you all so much!

This team is amazing! They are compassionate, caring, empathetic, skilled and knowledgeable. They have everything under one roof so makes treatments much easier on fur babies and parents. I cannot say how wonderful they were for our boy and we will recommend to anyone in need of an er. After almost two long weeks in icu care our boy is home with us again. Knowing the staff loved him almost as much as we did made the situation much easier to get through. Thank you so much to the amazing team at Pet ER.
