I just brought my three-legged Chow, Dolly, to get groomed for the first time here. I adopted her when she was 2 years old and she had already been through absolute hell. The groomer I had been taking her to refused to see her anymore because of her anxiety. I brought her here for the first time the other day and every single person in this place was so welcoming and loving to her. She adapted so quickly. She was groomed by Tina, an angel! Dolly has never looked better. I am so lucky that I found this place and especially Tina. The prices were fantastic, The establishment itself is fantastic, and as I have already stated, the people are absolutely fantastic

I got my pup groomed here a few days ago with McKenna and he looks so good! He can be pretty difficult to groom, and has some skin issues we are working through. McKenna did such a great job handling him, and getting him the hypoallergenic shampoo for his skin. He looks soooo good and his skin looks great. Highly recommend the grooming here! He also comes for daycare and the staff is amazing with him. Thank you guys!

PetSuites of Worthington grooming- easy to make an appointment online. So thankful for Groomer Cynthia taking the extra care to give our lab, Keeper, a great experience. Keeper hates to have her toes trimmed but Cynthia managed to complete the trim neatly and seemingly without trauma! Cynthia also took note of the request not to use perfume and that makes Keeper a Happy Girl! The special shampoo used was very lightly scented so no problems. The finished photo looks like Keeper's ready for The Prom!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the grooming service I received on April 27th for my husky at your salon. I specifically opted for the “special shampoo and conditioner” along with the deshedding package. Unfortunately, just a couple of weeks later, I noticed alarming changes in my dog’s coat. Large patches of hair around his neck and midsection began falling out—not the typical undercoat blowout that huskies experience, but rather dry, brittle, thin, and uneven hair. Despite consistent brushing, his coat has not improved. After consulting with professional groomers, I learned that this issue might be due to improper grooming techniques. It seems possible that clippers were used too close to his skin, causing irritation or razor burn. Another potential cause could be an adverse reaction to one of the products used during grooming (shampoo, conditioner, or sprays). This was my first visit, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service my dog received. I trusted your salon with my pet’s care, and now I am dealing with the aftermath of a poor grooming experience. Additionally, I called the salon and spoke with Nicole, who assured me that she would investigate the matter and get back to me. It has now been three days past the promised date, and I have not received any follow-up or resolution. Due to this negative experience and the lack of communication, I will not be returning to your salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised to prevent similar situations for other clients.

Pet Suites Worthington staff is nice, competent, friendly, and doesn't turn over. I see the same nice people at the front desk, each time! They are very, very nice to my little silky terrier, which is most important to me! Molly R. is an AMAZING GROOMER! Her skill, experience, and demeanor is unmatched. Pets LOVE her because she truly loves them. I highly recommend her service!
