Yoooooo the bungee fitness is so fun! We did a 90 minute private class with Magda. She did a great job moving quickly through basic moves and we picked up everything so fast! We felt like we were flying, super fun to grab onto and spin off of the bars by the mirror as well. I highly recommend this as a present for a fun and adventurous friend. I bet it would also be hilarious to do as a family. Magda was also a great videographer and photographer for us!

This is a great neighborhood Pilates studio with many options for a great workout. We have had private instruction & class instruction, Magda has a remarkable memory for working within any physical constraints you arrive with to personalize your exercise. We feel stronger each week and look forward to trying Bungee & Garuda. Everyone in the class is so welcoming, it feels like family.

This was THE MOST FUN I’ve ever had in an exercise class! I fulfilled my Peter Pan fantasy of flying through the air. Magda was a fantastic instructor and led us through a whole routine that her daughter caught on video for us to have a keepsake of our hilarious afternoon of being airborne! 👏🏻🧡👏🏻

I have had low back problems for many years, with a herniated L5 S1 disc, and wanted to try Pilates since I have heard it develops deep core strength and can help stabilize some back injuries. I am about 6 months in and have so far been very happy with the results having not had any major back problems. The biggest test of this is of course golfing and i have played more consistent and pain free since starting Pilates. It took a few months to work through the soreness of new exercises, but with Magda's guidance on technique and gradual progression I feel stronger after each session. Her classes are small enough, 2 to 7 people typically, that leads to some personal instruction you would not get in larger class settings. I have found Pilates to be a great compliment to my other exercise programs and Magda is a fantastic and knowledgeable instructor.
