Loveeee this gym! I feel like so many what I would consider boutique gyms, are expensive and elitist. Which leads one feeling bored and alone! Rumble Southlands is the opposite. From day 1 I felt super welcome. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely a vibe!!! The gym itself it a little smaller than the California Rumble I had been in but don’t let that fool you it’s a full sized gym! It has two bathrooms and is always super clean!! The workout themselves are killer. You have a variety of workouts during the week. Some combo weights and boxing, some just boxing, some just weights. Allllll are amazing workouts. You definitely get what you put in but if you need to modify they help with that. If you want to push harder they help you with that. All of the coaches are super approachable and really make class fun! Music is fire and love the variety of all things!! If you have the opportunity to join one of their fat loss challenges… do it!!!! My only suggestion is having a 7am or 8 am class… 5 am and 6 am are hard to get to but worth it. If you’re looking for a gym…. Do it!
I love Rumble! It’s truly become my favorite way to work out. The classes are challenging, the energy is always high, and the coaches are fantastic. I always leave feeling accomplished. I highly recommend trying their free intro class — I’m pretty sure you’ll get hooked 😉
I have been going there for a year now, and that is longest I have been to any kind of gym. It's that great! I love this place, the staff is very supportive and provide guidance. You can discuss your issues with them, and they try their best to guide you through your journey. This place is full of energy. This place is for people with any fitness level. If you give your best with them, your fitness will improve over time.
Rumble Southlands FIVE STARS. The energy 5/5, the vibe 5/5 the coaches 5/5. They offer a variety of classes to accommodate schedules. The coaches have the best energy whether it’s Calley at 5:10am, Jess in the evenings, Tala with her 5v5, Ryan on Friday’s, Audrey on the weekends. They’re ready to push and challenge you (in a good way). Looking for something to make you work, come join us!! We can rumble together! 🥊💛
Rumble provides a great workout! The class is half weights and half boxing. The music and energy from the trainers make working out super fun. The exercises are projected on to the wall and that makes it easier to see what you are supposed to be doing and number of reps. All the trainers are really good, they are positive and encouraging. It has been fun to watch this community of men and women of different ages comes together and support each other! I highly recommend this gym for people of all ages and abilities, don't let the boxing concept intimate you as they will teach you the fundamentals.
