I wanted to add another line to my existing account that I have with UltraMobile, which I had to stop by a local retailer (like this location). And the manager here was very kind and tried everything he can to help me out with the process, which I really appreciate. Try this location if you need help anything with your phone.

I’ve been coming to this cell phone repair spot for almost a decade now! The customer service brings me back. Their prices are reasonable after calling several places to repair my cracked iPad screen. Turnaround time was within a couple hours. The service is exceptional and I highly recommend this phone store!!

Thank you BQ for saving my iPhone. The Apple store had said my phone had a unique case, and couldn't be repaired. They said I had to buy a brand new phone, when my phone wasn't even 2 years old, and had not been dropped or wet. Phone Repair Spot was able to fix my phone and restore it back to life. I had all my family photos on it. Priceless memories. They showed how much they cared, BQ was reaching out constantly with updates, and even expedited my order faster, since I was leaving Town. I'm ever so grateful to them! Their Customer Service is like no other. They care, they go the extra mile, and don't try to screw you over like the Big Retail stores that just care for an extra sale. Cheap fast and very professional. I've been here many times and they always provide the best service. They fix all phones and carry used phones for sale near our at Craigslist prices. Highly recommend
