I live in the neighborhood and really enjoy supporting local businesses. I’m not sure if Piedmont Printing has changed ownership or staff recently, but my experience there yesterday was disappointing compared to the great service I’ve had in the past. I went in to print some small posters, and the employee who helped me was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked if he could resize the images for me, he told me to do it myself online. I explained that I was happy to pay for the service, but he refused and said it would cost $50 per hour if he did it. I went home and resized the images myself—it only took about five minutes. When I returned today, the employee who helped me had an issue with my files being in JPEG format, insisting they needed to be PDFs. I mentioned that I had the same type of project printed last year, and I didn’t encounter any problem, but instead of offering to convert the files since there were only five files (which I would have gladly paid for), she kept insisting that the previous employee probably hadn’t done that for me. When I expressed my frustration, she responded in a patronizing way, telling me that I was “having a bad day.” That comment felt rude and inappropriate. I truly want to support my local print shop, but this kind of customer service makes it difficult to do so.
Absolutely amazing customer service, high quality prints, reasonable price, and super flexible! Service there is consistently friendly and understanding, willing to stay far past hours to help finish the print, and always super nice! I never write reviews but for this place they totally deserve it! Absolutely love this place and I’ve never been to a better print shop!
Great service, reasonable price, fast printing and offer cutting as well. Edit: Came back a year later and it’s still just as amazing as ever! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen, even letting me stay over an hour after closing to finish all my prints and cuts, and virtually everyone there is super nice, friendly, and understanding. Best print shop ever!

Piedmont Copy and Printing has been a lifesaver for a small coffee business. Their turnaround times are quick, service is professional and accommodating, their prices are very reasonable and the quality is great. They've printed label stock, promotional postcards, and stickers for us. I couldn't ask for better, and how satisfying to support a local company. We'll certainly be back!
