I love this salon! Killian was really great with my dog! She had an amazing experience and I can’t wait to bring her back. Very pleased with the overall experience and services! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to Posh Paws for years as walk-in clients but the last two times were horrid. The second to the last time, an employee tied a small breed dog to the grooming table that she put our large breed dog on and while trimming our dog's nails, the small dog lunged at our dog and it startled our dog and she nearly fell off the table. The last time, a new employee was assigned to trim our dog's nails and they did a really bad job. The grooming table was too small and our dog almost fell off twice, the groomer did not seem to be skilled and when our dog yelped, I saw blood and realized they had cut our dog's nail quick and I asked them to stop immediately. Instead, the groomer became aggressive, DETERMINED TO FINISH even though I was demanding they stop. They continued and cut our dog's nail quick on a different paw. I had to open the gate and demand they stop. Terrible experience and now I have a dog terrified to have their nails done.

I have been taking my Pom Mix here for years. I am very happy with Posh Paws. Everyone does a wonderful job. Sure, there has been a cut or two over the many years where I was a little surprised, but never disappointed. All cuts have been cute and well done. I have learned what to ask for and we have consistent results. This feels like a welcoming space - thank you to the entire staff.

I’ve only been taking my dog here for the last year or so, but I’ve always been very pleased with how his cut turns out! I get my aussiedoodle a teddy bear cut with a shortened muzzle and a little less floof on his head. Cole listens to all my specific requests and always does an amazing job! Would very much recommend booking with Cole!

I read some good reviews on Google and decided to give Posh Paws a try for grooming. Jaime did the grooming today, and although I provided pictures of the style I wanted for my dog (such as round paws and face), she didn’t follow the instructions, and the result was completely different from what I expected. Additionally, I noticed a cut on my dog’s neck, which is concerning. I’m unsure whether I should return and try a different groomer or look elsewhere. Update: I reached out to schedule another appointment with a different groomer, hoping for a better experience. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering to make things right, the salon declined the request and said the salon is not a good fit for me and my dog. I had expected a more professional response—at the very least, an effort to address my concerns. It’s disappointing that a business would choose to shut the door on feedback instead of taking the opportunity to improve customer satisfaction.
