Honesty is their policy! Poway Transmission installed my transmission. It took a while but they were honest every step of the way.

These guys got my 2015 Sentra diagnosed with a bad CVT, dealt with my 3rd party warranty company, worked with the inspector from the warranty company and completed a new transmission install, all in 72 hours on Christmas week!! I picked up the car on Dec 24th and could have not have been happier with my experience. Ill be bringing my 8 speed '15 Yukon here next!

Ownership, techs, front office, billing - everything is top notch at Poway Transmissions. I was referred by a friend and am so grateful. They've serviced my truck and, when the tranny started to go in our Civic, they quoted me a fair and reasonable price and had our car turned around back on the road in a matter of 2 days. Just incredible service and great people. I've referred several others since then and they all report great experiences, too.

Walked in on the 29th to have a my 1999 Mustang looked at. Told them some history behind the car and that I wanted an inspection done due to it leaking transmission fluid. They took down necessary notes and sent it on its way. Just received a call today regarding the details of the inspection and I couldn’t be happier. Turns out my transmission speed sensor was leaking really bad and they just did a simple repair free of charge! I was given a full detail on what is recommended in the cars future and was super pleased to hear that the vehicle is in good condition. Mechanics are quick yet very thorough making for a quick but accurate diagnosis. If you live here in Poway and you got something wrong with your transmission, I would confidently say that Poway Transmission will get it taken care of for you. Thank you Poway Transmission for such excellent service!
