I’ve been to their other location and always had great experiences however a recent visit here was just not the right fit or instructor for me. There was 90s yacht rock blasting and the cues were super hard to hear and follow. Beyond saying what sun A,B,C was being done there was minimal to no instruction. As I’m just getting into practicing again I appreciate more cues so I can know what I should be doing. I would avoid the class I went to with this instructor again.

BPY is my favorite place… an amazing workout in a welcoming community with the best instructors! It’s a savior for anyone looking to detox their brain, blow off steam, and get a great workout. I’ve visited and practiced at many local studios and others in surrounding areas, and this one is the best!

Y'all like to handstand, so I thought I'd add to the pot! I enjoyed dropping in on a noon class. There was a liveliness to the crowd which is usually missing at a yoga studios, so cherish that. People were nice to me and chatty too! Thank you to the hot Italian mom lady who took these pictures too. Take care guys!

Visiting in Buffalo via San Diego and so glad I took this class. Jennaya is a top notch instructor and was super welcoming. Really enjoyed her hot PYB 60 class... challenging and balanced. Thank you!

Heated power yoga is not for everyone. If you are expecting a slow paced class that does not test your boundaries and comfort zones, then look else were. I love when I arrive at the Elmwood location for a course. You walk into a beautiful building with a winding old wooden stair case, greeting you as you enter. Walking up the spiral stair case leads you to the practice spaces. Each one having different advantages. Every time I leave the studio, I feel stronger, grounded, and joyous. No matter how hard the class gets, the instructor reminds you to go at your own breath pace. You do not need to feel intimidated by others in class, we are all there to work on ourselves. Do what feels best for you! Remember to also bring plenty of water. Thank you power yoga buffalo for always bringing the light back into my life.
