I initially contacted the store via their website , Terry was quick to respond and dealt with all my queries promptly even while he was in Spain. He arranged an appointment at the store with PJ who dealt with the various watches I was looking to part exchange for a Rolex Daytona in everrose gold, the whole process was slick and professional, with a fair part exchange agreed.
I had an outstanding experience with Prestigious Jewellers and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first interaction, Terry was absolutely brilliant, his communication, professionalism, and engagement gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. So much so that I had no hesitation in travelling from London to Leeds. On the day of collection, Terry was actually delivering a watch to a client in Spain, which in itself speaks volumes about the calibre of Prestigious Jewellers as a business and their overseas clientele. The handover was handled by his colleague PJ, who was equally impressive, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Prestigious Jewellers clearly operate at a very high level, and the consistency in service across the team is evident. Terry deserves particular praise, and I would highly recommend both him and Prestigious Jewellers without any hesitation whatsoever. A truly first-class experience from start to finish.
Used Prestigious for a few deals now and Kay has been great to deal with. When selling always prompt payment and great prices paid. Kay managed to source me the watch I wanted in no time and exactly what I needed. Great guys to deal with, great communication and a smooth transaction. Best in the business, Highly recommend!
