PT-RN CARE, INC. - Downtown LA

I came in with lower back pain, and also my heels were hurting really bad, especially in the morning when I will wake up and my lower back was killing me , Went in today made my appointment and the results are amazing Definitely worth the money and the results are awesome , I had never visited a clinic like this. It was my first time and I’ve been suffering with this pain for over six months. This decision was the best decision I have ever made for the health of my body.. The staff is friendly and very professional. I saw them on Instagram and saw all their videos of all the patients of the positive reviews and I had to give it a try. This is a honest review and God it’s my witness that I am telling you the truth.

I got injured at work and the quality of care I got at this place was below par. First the good First off, receptionist is amazing, she’s attentive and really knows her stuff. Helping with referrals and answering questions she was amazing. Now for the rest of the team, I was met by a man the first day to go over my injuries and talk about my issues, mostly it was just yes or no questions. I told him that my issues weren’t completely correct on my referrals because it took over a month to get them done and to get treated. So my issues weren’t completely correct more specific to one area of concern. Now once that’s done, you then get treated by other people, but I use the term “treated” lightly. Two people are “treating” ten people at the same time, there is no real individual care taken, the lack of empathy shows. I would ask questions or try to get answers for what’s this treating? How is this used correctly? But they saw me more as a nuisance rather than a patient. They just want to sit u in a chair and leave u for 8minutes while the continue turning on and off timers without bothering to actually show any concern for anyone. My PT here was horrible, the space is crammed, the equipment is dirty and not calibrated. I’ve been to PT for an injury before but I will never request this place again. It seems like this office is more concerned about the “celebrities” on the walls versus the everyday people walking through the doors trying to get better.

I injured myself after a 100 mile race, and I tried everything to try and run again. From resting, stretching, sports massages, weights. Nothing worked for months. I couldn't run and had strong knee pain. I decided to try PT-RN care. After my session I felt instant relief the best part was I was able to run again. I was even able to run another 100 mile race 2 months later. I never felt better. Now I go to Brian all the time after a big race, I have been injury free since :) 10 out of 5 stars. I recommend!

I came to Dr. Bryan's clinic on crutches, recovering from a very serious injury after a complex surgery. I could barely walk, and the pain was constant. But after receiving physical therapy from Dr. Bryan and a targeted medical massage, something changed - I started walking right after the session. I’m not exaggerating when I say it felt like a true healing experience. Dr. Bryan looked at me and said, "From today, you can throw those crutches away." And he was right — I walked out on both feet. This clinic is amazing. The care, the energy, the professionalism- everything is just on another level. I’m so deeply grateful for Dr. Bryan and the entire team. They gave me back my legs, my strength, and my hope. Highly recommend to anyone going through a difficult recovery.

I had this pain on my right shoulder for quite some time now and finally decided to get it worked on. Brian explained how it works and what the healing process would look like which was really helpful. The session was “tough” to handle but knowing it will result to healing and relief, I made it through. I had instant improvement and was able to raise my right arm further than initial try. Very happy that we finally went here and got it taken care of. Thank you again Brian M and the entire PT-RN office, everyone was courteous and pleasant even if it was a super busy morning (meaning, they are that good!!) You can see and feel everyone’s effort in accommodating all the eager patients. Highly recommended.
