What's not to like? The classes are low impact, use all of your muscle groups, help make you stronger, focused, more limber and help you to feel better about yourself in your own skin. I've been attending classes regularly for 2 years and I am still challenged in each class. The staff and instructors are always very welcoming, so nice and help you to do your best during class. I love that Barre is for everyone - on the Eastside you will see a wide range of ages and body types.

So good! I’m visiting town for a month and grabbed a monthly membership. Did my first class today and the quality is as good as my home studio (some aren’t as challenging or engaging as my home studio but this was great)! Clean, well-spaced, friendly staff, kind members, a hard workout. Love it!

I go to Pure Barre all the time at my home studio but was in town for work and decided to try out this studio. I’m so glad I did because the instructor was great! Very helpful and moves were challenging (in a good way!). They also have the cutest socks!!

Great work out! I’ve been out of shape for a while and wanted to try something new that would motivate me. I used to be more active and 25 pounds lighter. I took one class tonight and I felt like my body needed it. Audrey was our instructor. Audrey motivates and inspires! She knows how to correct your form and is great at instructing. I would recommend taking Barre for better flexibility. I hope to take more classes as my goals are to tone up and gain more strength and flexibility! Ella is also great at keeping you in the loop letting you know if there are any upcoming classes.
