We have used Pyramid Heating and Cooling for years to service our furnaces/AC units in our houses and business and have only had positive interactions. Not only is the reception/office staff helpful on the phone, but appointments are easily obtained, the maintenance men are always kind, thorough and willing to educate and answer any questions we have. I feel I’m getting honest upfront service everytime that aims to provide the best options and not just sales.

Pyramid did an amazing job! They were recommended to us by our neighbor. We wanted a second opinion. I am so glad we reached out to them. Pyramid Heatinf stepped up and replaced our two year old tankless hot water heater and the work was done by technician Levi Ashby. He was very savvy in his knowledge, very professional and polite. I have worked with them for many years and they can do all kinds of repairs and systems. I strongly recommend you contact them for your heating and cooling needs!

We got a number of bids to replace our 40 year-old oil furnace heating system (and no AC) with a heat pump (with AC). Pyramid was the most reasonable and the only one that offered the ducted version plus a min-split head in the one bedroom without ductwork. (The other companies either wanted to put in new ductwork there, mini-splits throughout, or was just plain over-the-top expensive.) Ryan Smith, our sales/project manager, was great throughout, explaining the system and process. He was here on day 1 (with donuts) and on day 3 (final day), where he even helped with the plumbing on the back wall. Dan Manaserro, our installer (with help from Noah), was fantastic doing stellar work. They cut up and removed the old furnace, installed the new air distributor in the basement, and the heat pump and head. We now have a Mitsubishi heat pump in the back yard, and a mini-split head in the bedroom. Dan's team was excellent and the finished product looks good and feels great. Can't wait for the 100 degree dog-days of summer, with my new AC!
