We’ve had a great experience with Quell Pest Control, especially our technician Keenan. As first-time homeowners with two toddlers, consistency is key for us, and Keenan has been our same technician since 2025. He’s efficient, effective, and always knows exactly what needs to be done without any instruction. He’s also very friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns we have, explaining things clearly and thoroughly. We have been using Quell for over two years, so far it's going great! Very reasonable pricing vs competition. We had green mango before and spent almost twice as much and not as effective. We own two homes one in Goodyear and one in Gilbert. We service both homes using Quell. Great company! My dogs have never gotten sick with the products they use. Always on time, professional and very knowledgeable reps. One particular rep we love is Landon. He is friendly and very efficient.

Quell Pest Conrol provided service for the previous owners of our new home and they reached out to offer to continue pest control for us. Ayden worked with us to be sure we had the best plan and sent a tech (Richard) out the next day to start our service. Richard was very thorough, asking about any concerns we may have that he could address and ensuring that we were getting the coverage we needed. Had Landon from Quell did the treatment for the whole house, including the basement. I am extremely pleased with the young technician, which he was very polite and professional on his job. He took the time to explain the process in detail and addresses my query effectively. Absolutely recommended for such professionalism with 5-Stars Ratings!

Richard was very thorough in his application of the product, as well as communicative. He text me he was on his way to ensure it was a good time to come. This was our first time using the company so I came out to introduce myself once he arrived. He was friendly and asked if there were any questions I had and suggested a few things. I really appreciate this level of courtesy and professionalism. Obviously this review is on the customer service and level of care they take in their work. I will need to give another review at a later date on the eco-friendly solution efficacy. At this point I’m really pleased with the employees I’ve had contact with; Robert (technician) and Austin (sales rep) from Quell Pest Control! Thank you for your exceptional attention to detail and friendly personalities.
