I was told I could change my septum piercing after two months. When I went back to the shop to get it changed the piercer had an attitude. The front desk staff aren't friendly either. The ring that was placed was too tight and the insertion was painful. I wanted to ask the piercer to put a different one in but I was so put off by his attitude I left immediately. I was not able to put in another ring myself, so I went to a different piercing shop the next day and the hole had already closed. They told me it was not fully healed and I should have waited three months to change it. Now I have to wait a month to get pierced again. I am incredibly frustrated and will not be coming back or recommending Rad a Tat to anyone.

Genuinely one of the best piercing joints i’ve ever been too. It’s so reasonably priced, and Emilee is genuinely the nicest woman i’ve ever met. I initially wanted to get dahlias but I decided not to because the healing process was a huge commitment. She definitely knows what she’s doing, and was very transparent the whole time. I instead ended up getting a dermal and my eyebrow. She was very comforting and I trust her with my life. I would reccomend this place to everyone.

My friend and I went in today for a few piercings. The shop was clean, the front desk person was friendly, and we both saw Tom for our piercings. He was great! He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. It was quick and mostly painless. I'm so happy I went here, it was a great experience. Thanks Tom!

Took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and they did an amazing job! They made her feel comfortable and were super encouraging with her. They pierced both her ears at the same time and she hardly shed a tear. That was super awesome that they got it done quick and painless, and in one shot. We felt very welcomed from the minute we walked in. Great customer service at the counter as well. The place is super clean too.

Got my nose pierced here today! My very first piercing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was really nervous, but Tom was so kind, patient, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made me feel totally at ease. You can tell he really cares and knows what he's doing. I actually drove 30 minutes to come here after researching a few places, and I’m so glad I did. Another shop didn’t take the time to answer my questions and made me feel pressured, but here I felt respected and in good hands. Big thanks to Tom—highly recommend!
