Okay, so I feel like price wise it's way more expensive than I was expecting. That being said, I feel like Grant worked really hard to make it worth that price. He was respectful, super knowledgeable, he quoted me prices for the other projects I need in my home, suggested things that would be needed, and took time to educate me. The pricing was straight forward and they went through several projects, pricing the next one after he completed each one. The lights are installed and I have complete confidence it's done right the first time. Honestly, while the price is higher than I wanted, it's done right and they instilled confidence in the work and that is worth a lot more to me than saving money.

Austin was great! He was timely and knowledgeable. When I set up the appt they gave me a price of $79. What I learned- that was the price of the trip charge. For the electrician to verify two outlets were properly working - it was $351 total. I think the call center needs to do a better job of communicating the trip charge vs the job charge. When I explained what I needed done there was no mention that it was going to be so expensive. It was a 15 min appt. This has nothing to do with Austin who serviced the job - he did a great job.

We hired Randy's Electric to do our kitchen during remodel. Replaced old flourescent light and three area lights with LED wafer lights, installed under-cabinet tape lights, dimmers, upgraded breakers to code and so on. They did a fantastic job! Austin was informative and friendly. He was a joy to talk to, and he worked efficiently and neatly. His apprentice Otto was great as well. We highly recommend Randy's Electric.

We recently had Randy's install upper and lower cabinet LED lighting in our kitchen, and we could not be more pleased. Greg planned and quoted the project. We had some changes in the lower lighting levels, and it was delivered exactly as we asked. Greg and Ryan did the install in a day. The wiring and lighting install was clean and worked perfectly. We absolutely love it. See photo attached. To cover all the bases, we also had Randy's plumbing group install a new water softener/filter system and swap out flowtite shutoffs for proper compression fit quarter turn units. Patrick and team showed up and completed the work in an afternoon. Again, professional great work.

We wanted to convert from an electric stove to a gas range, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Our technician Luke Logan was the consummate professional from giving us an estimate and explaining the work needed and parts involved with the process. We accepted the bid and had him back out within a week. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. He was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The work performed was immaculate. We would 100% use Randy's again especially if all their techs are as wonderful as Luke was. The price matched the quote exactly with no hidden fees or add-ons. We were worried about how much money running a gas line could add up to, but it was extremely reasonable. We didn't have to lift a finger and they even took the old range for us which I wasn't even expecting. Really can't say enough how happy we are with the whole project.
