I have been training twice per week with Jessie for 6 months. He is an amazing trainer! Jessie is kind and patient in teaching me all about strength training and is incredible at explaining proper lifting technique. Been working with Jessie for the last six months. As a 43 yo dad rocking the dad bod, Jessie has been great at challenging me to rebuild my metabolism and gain strength. He has worked with me extensively to improve my back pain (mild scoliosis) and build a solid foundation in my legs and lower back. I worked out a lot in my 20s, and I can honestly say that had I tried to do that in my 40s, on my own, I would have probably injured myself. Working with Rebel and Jessie the right way has kept me healthy and feeling much more balanced. Highly recommended!
Rebel Personal Training — Anthony is the real deal! I have been training with Anthony off and on since 2018 and let me tell you — no one else gets ME moving like Anthony does. After doing nothing for literally a year, I jumped back on the wagon at the beginning 2025 and have been going twice a week ever since. Anthony truly motivates/pushes me, and strangely makes it fun (even when I’m cursing his name during workouts 😅). We have this LOVE-HATE relationship — I love the results but hate the burpees! He knows exactly when to challenge me and when to add some comic relief to keep me going.
