If you're looking to get into boxing or already enjoy it, I'd recommend REBL at first chance. I've been coming here for the last few years, and I'm so glad I said yes to trying it with a friend. It was truly love at first glove for me! I really appreciate the openness and patience the instructors have, especially with new boxers. It's so not intimidating, feels very "at-home" with the community aspect, and aesthetically super pleasing. I've loved seeing their evolution with the instructors, class types and overall space. It's nice that they know have a mix of full boxing classes, strength training, recovery and more. It's become a very "me thing" to have in my calendar, and feels so impactful in the best way for my mental and physical health. I love the coffee shop they opened up in their studio, too!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like family coaches know your name, people cheer each other on, and there’s a real sense of belonging. The workouts themselves are no joke, creative, challenging, and adaptable for every level. You leave sweaty, smiling, and already looking forward to the next session.

I loveeee REBL - from their cool aesthetic, delicious cafe (which has new flavour drops every month!) and super friendly coaches, this has become my new go-to workout spot! Either you are just beginning with your boxing journey, or want to just get back to it, REBL is perfect for just that! ✨

REBL recently “broke up” with ClassPass but when I asked Aaron, our kickass instructor, why that was he explained that it was because of the community and their goal to make it as tight-knit as possible which I think is a huge aspect of REBL’s overall message and mission! While REBL loves everyone and anyone they just want to see their community consistently and as someone who also uses ClassPass I know that some places I use with ClassPass I go once every other month to certain gyms and I don’t have the same communal experience because of that. It’s just so much more fun when you are apart of the club 🥊💙 REBL is a unique gym experience because most members are friends outside of class! I recently graduated from school here so a lot of my friends moved away and I was looking to fitness as a way to make new friends and have a good community! This company is beyond the superficial relationships. It is a family that welcomes everyone and truly cares about its customers, employees, and fitness journeys of any kind.

Update to add: they recently renovated the studio and it is SO CUTE. Plus there's a cafe now inside so you can grab a drink after class. 10/10. I updated my photos to reflect the new studio. Absolutely love their classes. Such a good workout, but also super fun & the time goes by quickly. It took a couple classes to get used to the punch sequences but don't be intimidated by it, once you get it you'll remember them easily! Plus the coaches are really nice and supportive. Most classes are 50% punching combinations on the bag and then 50% weight training which is a great balance to get a full workout in.
