I had my first Pilates class at Roze Pilates today and opted for a private session to get started. The experience was fantastic! My teacher, Justine, was incredible—super attentive and made me feel completely comfortable. The studio is perfectly located across the bike path, with beautiful morning light, clean, and spacious. Despite being a challenging workout, it was so much fun, and I felt energized by the end. If you're new to Pilates and feeling intimidated, I highly recommend trying a private class—it really helped me get familiar with everything. I'm already looking forward to coming back for more group classes!
