Susan was an outstanding partner in my home search. She is a great listener, a strong advocate, and deeply knowledgeable about homes and our city. As both a real estate broker and an architect, her expertise in architecture, design, construction, and real estate was invaluable. She also has excellent relationships with inspectors, vendors/subcontractors, etc, making the entire process feel seamless. Her communication is top-notch, and I always felt informed and supported. I can’t recommend Susan highly enough. I love my new home and appreciate knowing I can continue to rely on her insight even after closing.

We had an amazing experience working with Susan at Red Collective! Selling a home from out of the country could have been incredibly stressful, but Susan made the entire process seamless and easy. Her deep knowledge of the real estate market, attention to detail, and excellent communication gave us complete confidence every step of the way. We trusted her fully to handle everything—and she delivered beyond our expectations. If you're looking for someone who is professional, experienced, and genuinely committed to their clients, we highly recommend Susan and the Red Collective team

Susan is a gem! She helped my husband and I purchase our home and relocate from out of state. We could not have done it without her. She helped us navigate NC real estate rules and all the essentials every step of the way - almost all done long distance. She kept us on track with deadlines, due dates and tasks which was quite a challenge since we were also selling a home at the same time. She is a top notch communicator - staying in touch and explaining everything clearly often offering several perspectives and solutions to things that came up. She also put us in contact with local vendors. With her help we built a little network that really helped our home purchase go smoothly. From start to finish and beyond she has been an incredible resource and guide. While she is professional and a skillful negotiator she never lost sight that it's people who are involved in the buying and selling. We really appreciated that. We recommend her and would work with her again in a heartbeat. I think she deserves an award!

Susan is a rockstar. I'm a first-time buyer, and I really had no idea what I was doing, but Susan steered me through the entire process. She answered my questions clearly and promptly, used her architectural expertise to tell me what to keep an eye out for, and made it easy to stay on top of all the paperwork. And yes, she helped me find and buy exactly the right home for me. The whole process was less stressful and confusing than I thought it would be, and that's because I had Susan holding my hand. I recommend her without reservation.

We had a wonderful experience selling our first home with Susan and RED Collective. Having never been through the selling process, and navigating a very uncertain market, Susan delivered exactly as she said she would and her guidance from day one to post-close brought us so much peace. She has excellent instincts and is extremely strategic with the recommendations she provides, which paid off for us with the sell of our home. Susan is warm and encouraging while offering transparent and direct communication (whenever we needed it!) which was so appreciated. We are grateful to Susan and hope we can work with her again in the future! You can stop looking if you are considering Susan and RED Collective- go ahead and call 😊
