Honestly - I almost never provide reviews, but thought this one earned it. I apologize for the length. Overall, across numerous elements - awesome. I was an athlete/athletic earlier in life. Unfortunately, left most of that behind for years with a very demanding job. Getting back in shape and active (age appropriate) was 1 of the top things on my list as I retired. Got back to a couple of things, but not ones that would really focus more significantly on conditioning. A good friend told me that doing Pilates got her into the best shape she'd ever been in. I told her I always thought Pilates was for women. Wow - was I wrong!!! Incredible workouts. Trainers at Remedy are top notch. I'm doing the private lessons - with Stephanie Richardson. Can't say enough about what she brings to you. Extremely experienced. Deeply knowledgeable about a myriad of exercises and techniques. But probably even more impactful is her ability to adapt the sessions and individual exercises to your goals, and areas that need work - and how to get those some extra attention, and conversely, to carefully accommodate areas that require a bit of caution. And always hits full body. Probably the best workout regimen I've ever pursued. Who knew!! I've been at it for about 1yr. Remedy is an awesome team and facility. They have a pretty wide array of programs and packages - private, small group, etc. Sessions for different levels of experience and ability, cost . . . Great scheduling flexibility. And for guys . . . If you have any doubts or reservations about Pilates . . . toss those. Highly recommend that you check out Pilates and Remedy Movement.

Incredible experience with Melissa! She is super knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. I love how she strings together her classes so they are safe, energetic, and effective. Her teacher training was top notch. I’m looking forward to the next one.
