I reached out to approximately a week ago. My laptop crashed and the usb drive I backed up my files on appeared to become corrupted at the same time. Tobie was able to retrieve my files from computer and place them on a flash drive for me within 1 business day. He charged me $100 for the service. I appreciated the quick turnaround and relative ease of the service. Thanks, Tobie!
