Couldn’t be more happier . Excellent service . Top notch knowledge. More than fair prices . Do not take your devices to big corporation companies. This guy will take care of it . I took a PS and an X box to him. Fixed them both , was correct on the initial diagnosis . Just fantastic . You will not find a better option than this group. Top notch work. Great guy for obsolete game system repair. Does business the right way. Highly recommended to anyone living in the greater Tennessee Valley and beyond. Worth the travel for sure.

You may saw my review/response. My PS5 controller is a Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition. I can't replace that.

My fiancé's PS5 HDMI port went bad. Repair Proz definitely got the job done. ZERO complaints. I'd recommend him to anyone. He got back to us with updates when asked. Thank you!

James is absolutely amazing and awesome! I sadly didn't get to interact with him much since he was super busy, but I dropped my PS4 off with him because it was starting to sound like a jet taking off and in only two days he had it back to me sounding like brand new! He was super friendly and kept me in the loop of what was going on. His price is super reasonable and he definitely knows his stuff! Definitely will count on him to fix my stuff from now on in the future! =)
