I truly cannot say enough incredible things about this studio. The instructors here are absolutely top-tier—not only insanely talented, but genuinely invested in their students’ progress. They take the time to give individualized feedback and hands-on guidance with poses, which has made such a huge difference in my practice. You can truly feel that they care. What I love most is that Ritual is a safe, empowering, judgment-free space. There is none of that “stuck-up” or intimidating vibe that I’ve experienced at some other studios. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged exactly where I was at. I also love how they integrate education into every class, from alignment to breathwork, and how they structure the pose of the week so you can really build strength, awareness, and confidence. The variety of classes is amazing too—there is truly something for everyone, no matter your level or goals. The ambience is unreal—the candlelight vibes, dark room, and immersive atmosphere allow me to drop completely into my body and focus deeply on my personal progress. Every class feels like a blend of movement, meditation, breathwork, and spiritual/emotional release. It’s not just a workout—it’s a full healing experience. As a medically retired Marine Corps veteran who previously struggled with anxiety and PTSD, yoga has already played a huge role in my healing—but Ritual has taken it to an entirely new level. This studio has truly been instrumental in my recovery and personal growth, and I’m so grateful to have found it. If you’re considering trying Ritual—go for the 10-day unlimited pass. I promise you’ll get hooked and be back for more! I also love that everything you need is provided complimentary, so you can simply show up and prepare to glow as they have it all including water, towels, premium mats, a tea and coffee bar, along with personal care items and showers. I’m truly excited to keep growing and healing here. Highly, highly recommend. 💛🕯️🧘♀️
