This was the most incredible customer service experience I have ever had in all my years of ordering flowers. Jaisy at Rose and Blossom went above and beyond in every possible way when helping us with a funeral arrangement for our loved one. She took such great care in creating a beautiful and meaningful arrangement, and after it was delivered, she personally called us to let us know that everything had been taken care of. That simple act of kindness meant more to our family than words can express during such a difficult time. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine care shown by Jaisy and the entire staff at Rose and Blossom were truly unforgettable. I am deeply grateful to this company and forever indebted to them for the comfort they provided when we needed it most.
The flowers provided for my daughter’s 10/10/25 wedding were absolutely gorgeous. Met with Terri for a consultation a year before the wedding and she was amazing absolutely captured my daughter’s dream. We asked if we could add crochet flowers provided by the made of honor and she did not bat an eye just helped us plan for that. The way the crochet flowers we incorporated were beautiful.
If I could give 6 stars, I would! I can’t say enough good things about this flower shop. They created one of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen - for my wife & daughter to celebrate her arrival. Not only were the flowers absolutely stunning, but the team pulled it all together in such a short timeframe. The service was above and beyond, the craftsmanship was flawless, and the staff was genuinely kind and professional. If you need flowers for any special occasion, this is the place to go. The finest flowers in the entire region. The staff is lovely and understanding. They LISTEN and produce the perfect arrangements. Jaisy especially is professional, thoughtful, talented, and warm & kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else no matter the occasion.
I received flowers for my anniversary from here that my Aunt on the other side of the state ordered. Not only were they beautiful but the delivery driver Brad was super friendly!! I love the color combos & how vibrant everything is!! I'll be ordering from here for all my floral needs!!
